Even on days when I can only take little steps forward, I'm grateful for the forward motion. There is always something new to learn.
My friend @sarajanecase said it so well the other day that I'm clinging to her words and had to share them with you too:
"Choose one small adjustment to make today... One thing that will take you closer to the life you want to live. Keep it simple and don’t change yourself, change the way your engaging with yourself, give yourself support not shame!"
So I'm making some changes with the food I eat and giving a plant-based whole food diet a try, which means no meat, something I haven't tried for my stomach before. I'm excited to see what might come of this change, and I'm going to approach it with this quote in mind... giving myself support and grace and rest and time.
